Care 

This set is 100% hand-forged from premium high-carbon steel which results in a high-carbon content blade and long-lasting edge retention.

All knives are shipped with food grade mineral oil coating on the blades which we recommend you wash off prior to use.

Care Instructions:

- Hand wash and dry immediately

- Apply mineral oil to the blade before storing for an extended period of time

High carbon Damascus steel blades will begin to form a patina (a slight color change) with use which helps to stabilize freshly forged blades and become more rust resistant over time.
