Like the write up says, use like you would use salt and pepper. The first time around I was too generous and the meat turned outa wee but salty. The next time around I remembered the instructions and it turned out perfectly.
Nice char and deep flavours of salt and pepper comes through the meat.
This rub is exactly what it promises! It adds a ton of flavor to my steaks and burgers, with a nice savory kick. A little definitely goes a long way!
