Inspired by the addictive sweet and sticky Chinese Honey Chilli Chicken that we devoured in Hong Kong, we knew we had to recreate it for you all at home. Heady with Chinese aromatic spices, red pepper and chilli for an authentic flavour. 

Suitable for the oven, air fryer and BBQing. Glaze with extra honey at the end of cooking for the ultimate sticky finger-lickin'!

Best enjoyed on chicken and pork, try on chicken thighs and wings and use the vortex on the BBQ for epic crispy chicken, simply apply an even coating, at approximately 3-5% meat weight.

Goes in nearly everything

With the sweet and spicy flavours, this is a favourite to add to meals.

From sprinkling on eggs while frying, to adding to beans to give them a pep, flavouring meat for a stir-fry.

It's not too sweet, not too spicy, but adds good flavours to most things (not found anything I don't like it in, if I'm honest).

Best A&O seasoning bar none!

Goes so amazingly well on chicken, pork and especially fish, white and salmon! Have tried Meat Church and othe A&O rubs but this is phenomenal!
