A&O Pigasus Rub
This is the one rub to rule them all. Bacon, Honey, Jalapeño... seriously, what is not to like? We use this with our very own Sweet Bones and Butts Rub for the maximum in colour, sweetness and bacon-balanced heat. The jalapeño cooks out well, leaving a moreish warmth and a background flavour of savoury bacon goodness.
Try it once and beware of addiction. This will be all over your pig, chicken, chops and chips. You were warned!

Salt, sugar, paprika, black pepper, celery salt (CELERY), chilli, onion, honey powder, garlic, cumin, turmeric, natural flavouring (SOYA), silicon dioxide, E621, E631.

Completed a first cook of a rack of St Louis Ribs with Pigasus. Used a mustard binder and smoked on the ninja woodfire for 2 hours before wrapping and roasting for a further hour. The bark this rub imparted was spectacular, as was the in depth flavour. So pleased with this rub will be trying it on some belly pork next.
I love this on pork, chicken, in fried rice and on chips. Cant beat it :-)
Even used it in chilli
Slap me with a rubber chicken and bring me food. Be it pork or chicken, in the air fryer or BBQ, this rub has turned either long summer BBQ nights or just slap something on quick into wonder meals. Absolutely love it
